"What can I say? Jess has transformed both Alfie and our lives!!! When we started working with Jess, Alfie - our 5 month old - was waking up 5-6 times per night, feeding at each wake-up and often ending up in our bed so we could simply get a few hours shut eye! "We couldn't recommend Jess enough! Her relaxed approach put us at ease straight away and her helpful encouragement gave us the confidence we needed to try a new bedtime routine with our toddler. We were so pleased she was flexible in her approach and adapts the method and routine to the family, so we could take it as slowly and gently as we wanted to. After 2.5years of supporting our son to sleep, he was independently sleeping through 7-7 with no tears within 3 nights. We couldn't believe it. Her work, which my husband and I call "witchcraft", has led to quite literally life changing results for our family! "I cannot recommend Jess enough - she has totally transformed not only our nights, but days too. My 4 month old was in the midst of a sleep regression and was waking at least every 1-2 hours, naps were irregular and he would only contact nap- I was exhausted. After an in depth call going over the plan we got straight to work and within a 4-5 days he was sleeping in his cot for naps, only waking twice in the night and has a set nap schedule. I am thrilled and my baby is happier and calmer. The support and the troubleshooting that she provided were so helpful, she checked in after every nap and sleep and carefully adjusted our plan where needed. She really knows babies and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help!"

"Working with Jess has been amazing. She has helped us go from waking every 1-2 hours each night and only having a few hours of sleep, to only waking once for a feed and having a full nights sleep. The difference literally from the first night has been incredible, it has changed our lives. Jess has been lovely and is so knowledgeable, being able to text her at bed and nap times has been immensely helpful. She really took into account our baby’s personality and our wishes when designing a sleep plan and it has worked so well, we have been shocked by how quickly he has responded to it. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without her! All of us are getting much more restorative sleep and the difference in our baby is wonderful to see, he is much happier in himself now he is able to sleep and connect his sleep cycles. I would 100% recommend this process to anyone having sleep issues!"

"When I heard about Jess, I was 4 months into waking up every 1.5 - 2 hours, only contact napping on me for a short time and just having an overall tired baby. From the first phone call Jess instantly reassured me that we would get Arlo to sleep. I saw instant results on the first night, he woke 2 times in 12 hours and then the next nights that followed he woke once to feed. Naps have been a little harder but this was expected. But, he is now doing 1.5 hours in his cot at a time!! Something I never thought I’d have said a week ago. Jess’ support has been absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have done this without her, she is there on the end of the phone whenever you need her and stays with you until baby is asleep. "After having sleep issues nightly with my first child, until the age of 4, I was determined to get a sleep coach when my second baby was born. At 5 months old I hired my first sleep coach, but after working together for a month I realised the method was not working for me or my baby, I was feeling even more stressed, confused and alone as I still had a baby that was doing short naps, awake every evening for 3-4 hours and then waking 2-3 feeds a night. That's when a friend recommended I talk to Jess. She was instantly supportive and reassured me that we'd get my baby sleeping well within a few days. Honestly I didn't think it was possible this point, and that perhaps I had a very strong willed daughters who never sleep. But Jess was right, and by night 2 my baby was already sleeping on schedule and doing longer naps, by night 3 she slept all evening and then only woke for one feed. Every night just kept improving. I feel like a new person! I'm so grateful for Jess' support and guidance. The plan has worked wonders, but what helped so much was the constant phone support throughout every nap/bed/sleep timed me learning so much more about her sleep needs, sleep pressures, different sounds and sleep queues and when to let her settle and when to go in. I'm so grateful to Jess, and only wish I'd done this with my first when she was a baby"

"When I first discovered I was pregnant I hoped I would be able to breastfeed. I was lucky to have had a good supply and I lapped up every opportunity to nurse and snuggle with my baby girl. It was a dream. 13 months later I still found myself nursing her to sleep and contact napping. She would wake quickly after I got her to sleep and then several times during the night; each time helping her to fall asleep. I was exhausted, but I was more concerned that she wasn't able to fall asleep by herself. I found online searches overwhelming and wasn't sure where to begin but when I saw a friend's recommendation I decided to reach out and I was not disappointed! Jess was very informative and incredibly supportive; always available for guidance through sleep and nap time. The method suggested was very effective and by night two my little girl was not only falling asleep unaided but she had self weaned off night feeds. By night 3 she was sleeping through the night.
