HOW DOES THE SUPPORT WORK?
1 - How do I begin?
If you’re unsure about which package to choose or have any questions, feel free to book a free 15-minute call. If you already know the package you want, click 'Book Now' and let’s begin our journey towards better sleep together!
2 - Next step - intake form
Once you’ve booked your package, I’ll send you an intake form with detailed questions about you and your little one. Please fill it out with as much information as you can and return it to me so we can get started on your customized plan. I will also ask you to start logging your child’s sleep so I can analyse the data (if you log already before this - even better). I’ll also share my schedule for you to book your one-hour phone call, where we’ll walk through the plan together.
3 - Custom plan
After I receive your intake form and any follow-up questions have been addressed, I’ll begin creating your child’s custom sleep plan. Please allow 48 hours from the time I receive your form until our scheduled one-hour phone call to review the plan. For those who booked the support package, we usually schedule the call for the day of or the day before your desired start date. Ideally, we want to begin the plan when you’ll be at home for at least the first week or two of our time together.
4 - Plan walkthrough
During our call, we’ll go through the plan together. I’ll present 2-3 methods tailored to your child’s personality, temperament, unique sleep needs and your parenting philosophy. I’ll address any questions you have before we start on night one, ensuring you feel completely comfortable with the plan. I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
5 - What can I expect next?
We’ll begin on the first night at bedtime (Support packages), with real-time support via WhatsApp for the first week. I’ll text you during bedtime to help your child fall asleep, check in each morning, and set nap times—providing guidance for nap training if that’s part of your plan. You won’t have to guess; I’ll be with you every step of the way. After day 7, you will 1 - 2 weeks of email support depending how old your little one is (see support packages above). If you’re committed, we’ll celebrate significant wins during the first week, as it often takes just 2-3 days to change behaviour!
6 - What’s next?
Within our time together, your baby will be sleeping better, provided you’re fully committed to the plan. Say goodbye to sleep deprivation! By the end, you’ll feel confident troubleshooting on your own. We will be in communication every step of the way! You will receive an email with tips and tricks for any bumps along the way at the end of our support time together. My goal is to make sure you feel empowered, knowledgeable and confident for future potential bumps. I truly believe in helping your whole family get the rest you need to fully embrace parenthood—sleep deprivation doesn’t have to be a lasting issue.

When should I start sleep coaching?
There’s no wrong time to begin; it’s never too late. You can start shaping sleep from the moment your baby is born to establish a strong foundation. My methods will be tailored to your child’s age, personality, and your parenting philosophy. We can begin sleep training as early as 4-5 months. I specialize in helping babies and toddlers from birth to 4 years old.

What sleep training methods do you use?
Each plan is tailored to meet your child's needs and your family's sleep goals. I do not incorporate cry-it-out in my approach. Instead, I offer options that resonate with your parenting style and your child's temperament, ranging from gentle techniques to more direct methods. I can modify any sleep strategy to ensure it feels comfortable for you while taking your child's unique personality into account. Even with the gentlest approaches, some crying may happen—not out of fear or hunger, but as a way for your child to express themselves during the transition. While we don't want to eliminate crying entirely, as it's a form of communication, my holistic approach focuses on understanding the different types of cries and providing support when needed. I can help minimize crying by aligning a sleep method with both you and your child.

Can I continue to room share?
Yes! If you wish to continue room sharing with your baby during sleep training, it’s still possible to teach them to self-soothe independently. However, I do recommend that after your child turns 1, they tend to sleep better in their own safe sleep space in their own room.

How long does it take?
It depends on your child’s age, the method you choose, your consistency in following the plan, and your baby's unique needs. Positive changes can typically be observed within 1-2 weeks, and often you see improvements sooner. Depending which method you choose - often, under a week if you are able to follow the plan to a T.

Can I help drop night feeds?
Absolutely! Sleep training doesn’t have to mean night weaning if you're not ready for that yet. Whenever you feel ready, we can approach gradual night weaning while considering your baby’s developmental stage.
